Complimentary Royal Mail Special Delivery 1-2 business days.

Orders are tracked and insured, and a signature is required on delivery.

RETURNS

Items may be returned for a refund.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and received within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Please return items using a tracked and insured service.

Savana cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
